Using a combination of methods underpinned by a sound, tested and fully rounded approach Dr Harley aims to give his patients the best possible state of well-being by restoring mobility and providing relief from pain.

During his 15 years as a GP he studied rheumatology and manual medicine at Guy's and The Brook Hospital, obtaining his Diploma in Physical Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians in London and thereby receiving accreditation from BUPA, PPP and other medical insurance companies.

For the past 25 years he has been in full time private practice as an Orthopaedic Physician devoting himself to the pursuit of the relief of pain, whether it be due to trauma (eg: car accident), illness, deformity or simple wear and tear. He brings his substantial knowledge of obstetrics to bear in the specialist care of the spine during and after pregnancy.

He has studied and developed ways of diagnosing and relieving the pain of acute and chronic back and neck disorders, sciatica and arthritic disease in limb joints. He has made it his business to examine every type of treatment available, to discard those he thought ineffective and to learn and use all those that would benefit his patients.
